Our extra-vergin olive oils are valuable products obtained in limited amounts only from the cold squeezing of the best olives milled in day so as to obtain an oil with low acidity, with intense and delicate scent.

 MONOVARIETY 

Our best product is the MONOVARIETY extra-vergin olive oil that is only deriving from one type of olive, the Raggia, native quality much valuable as coming exclusively from secular trees that create a refined oil. The oil of Raggia is sold not filtered (natural), or filtered from impurities and a portion of fat. We produce also the monovariety of Leccino and Mignola.

 MULTIVARIETY 

The MULTIVARIETY extra-vergin olive oils found in our oil-mill are born from a mixture of various qualities of olives always and only from Marche, in detail: Raggia, Mignola, Leccino, Frantoio, Ascolana and Raggiola. The combinations vary from year to year on the base of the harvests.

 FLAVOURED OILS 

Using our extra-vergin olive oil we personally create flavoured oils:

Extra-vergin olive oil with garlic and rosemary
Extra-vergin olive oil with rosemary
Extra-vergin olive oil with basil
Extra-vergin olive oil with chili pepper
Extra-vergin olive oil with with various spices
  The Monovariety, Multivariety and Flavoured extra-vergin olive oil are sold in bottles of several dimensions and shapes:
0.25 Lt, 0.50 Lt, 0.75 Lt e 1 Lt.
