The Oil-mill Lugliaroli uses exclusively local olives, accurately selected
from Marche (in the center of Italy) hills in order to obtain an high quality product. Here the different range of
olives: Leccino, Mignola, Frantoio, Of Ascoli, Raggiola, Raggia.
The traditional oil of the Oil-mill Lugliaroli has high contents
in oleic acid. It is an oil rich of vitamins and ideal for an every day use, as
base element of our Mediterranean diet. Moreover thanks to the particular method of working a quality product
with a low degree acidity is guaranteed.
RAGGIA: Yellow color oil, with green glares, light fruit taste with herbaceous tones. The sweet leaves the
place slowly to the bitter and to the spicy, signs of quality as reveal the presence of natural
anti-oxidants. A good fluidity renders it particularly pleasant in mouth. Typical oil from Marche good for
numerous cooking combining: main dishes, side dishes, red meats and roast fish.
MIGNOLA: Particular oil that in purity clearly differs from the classic type of
Oil from Marche. The color is gold yellow, medium fruit taste. The clear sweet leaves the
place slowly to the bitter, finally a pleasant spicy taste is perceived
in the throat. The particularity of Mignola oil is given from the contemporary presence of two opposite sensations
the bitter and the sweet. The peculiarity of this oil is obtained in cooking combining as well as in raw food.
